RETURNS // EXCHANGES

Please note the following conditions:

• Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sale items.

• Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be new and unworn condition with the original tags and labels attached and in original packaging (where applicable).  Items must be unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed. They must also be free from any markings, pet hair, deodorant, and laundry detergent. 
• Exchanges for a different size or color of the same style can be made depending on product availability. 
• Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email. Mnml is not responsible for non-mnml items mistakenly returned, as we may not be able to recover these items. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged by your chosen courier during the return process.
• Upon receiving return items, we conduct an inspection. Unless the product is faulty, if your returned items show signs of wear, damage, alteration, missing tags, or fall outside the specified time frame, we will inform you of this assessment, and the goods will be returned to you. In the absence of faults, once we receive your return, and it adheres to the outlined conditions, we will issue an online store credit for the item cost, excluding shipping charges.
• We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/exchange policy at any time without notification.
